KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT PP Tbk (PTPP) is focusing on strengthening its core business in the construction sector while streamlining unrelated subsidiaries and affiliates. The state-owned construction company still sets a divestment target of IDR 1.4 trillion.
By June 2023, PTPP had sold shares of PT Sinergi Investasi Properti (SIP) worth IDR 105.93 billion. Recently, PTPP was reported to be selling one of its subsidiaries, PTPP Krakatau Tirta (PPKT). This company operates a Drinking Water Supply System (SPAM).
