16 Palm Oil Companies Sue the Minister of Trade to the Jakarta Court
KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Sixteen palm oil companies have filed a lawsuit against the Minister of Trade at the Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN). However, the details of the lawsuit are not yet clear.
Quoting the Case Tracking Information System (SIPP) of the Jakarta PTUN, dated September 18, 2023, five palm oil companies sued the Minister of Trade. These five companies include PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia, PT Multimas Nabati Asahan, PT Sinar Alam Permai, PT Multi Nabati Sulawesi, and PT Wilmar Bioenergi Indonesia.
The case is registered with case number 471/G/TF/2023/PTUN.JKT. The status of this case is the preparation examination.

Then, dated September 19, 2023, seven palm oil companies sued the Minister of Trade. The seven companies include PT Musim Mas, PT Agro Makmur Raya, PT Intibenua Perkasatama, PT Musim Mas Fuji, PT Mikie Oleo Nabati Industri, PT Wira Inno Mas, PT Megasurya Mas etc.
The case is registered with case number 472/G/TF/2023/PTUN.JKT. The status of this case is the preparation examination.

Then, dated September 20, 2023, four palm oil companies also sued the Minister of Trade. The four companies include PT Permata Hijau Palm Oleo, PT Nubika Jaya, PT Pelita Agung Agrindustri, and PT Permata Hijau Sawit.
The case is registered with case number 473/G/TF/2023/PTUN.JKT. The status of this case is the appointment of a court clerk.
