Oil Prices Rise on China Demand Recovery Expectations, Supply Concerns
KONTAN.CO.ID - LONDON. Oil prices rose on Wednesday on expectations that easing Covid-19 restrictions in China will boost demand and as supply concerns grew.
Brent crude was up US$ 1,69 cents, or 1,5%, at US$ 113,62 a barrel at 1150 GMT. While US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude climbed US$ 2,26 cents, or 2%, to US$ 114,66 a barrel, reversing some of the previous session's losses.
