KONTAN.CO.ID - BEIJING. The Central Bank of China has agreed that Ant Group, a company owned by Jack Ma, no longer has controlling status in China's most popular payment application, Alipay.
Ant Group decided to withdraw from controlling Alipay after a comprehensive business restructuring process from Jack Ma's company, the fintech giant that owns the application.
