DPR Highlights Difference in Allocation and Realization of Subsidized Fertilizer

KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. The Indonesian House of Representatives' Commission IV has highlighted a discrepancy between the allocation and contract realization of subsidized fertilizer. This discrepancy is the cause of the scarcity of subsidized fertilizer.

The Chairman of Commission IV, Sudin, stated that in 2023, the Ministry of Agriculture (Kementan) allocated 7.85 million tons of subsidized fertilizer. However, based on the contract of the Budget Implementation List (DIPA) with Fertilizer Indonesia, only 6.68 million tons were realized.
