Bank Mandiri's Shareholders Approve 60% Dividend Payout from Consolidated Net Profit
KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. Bank Mandiri, one of the largest state-owned banks in Indonesia, has announced its annual shareholder meeting results, approving a dividend payout of 60% from the consolidated net profit of Rp 24.7 trillion ($1.7 billion) in 2022.
This translates to a dividend per share of Rp 529.34, a 46.8% increase compared to the previous year's dividend payout of Rp 360.64 per share. The government, which owns a 52% stake in the bank, will receive a dividend payment of Rp 12.84 trillion, up 46.7% from the previous year.
