KONTAN.CO.ID - JAKARTA. PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) or PTPN Group, the parent company of state-owned plantation holdings, is gearing up to take one of its subsidiaries, Palm Co, public through an initial public offering (IPO).

As a sub-holding of the state-owned plantation in the palm oil sector, Palm Co's IPO is currently in the process of formation, and the corporate action is set to commence in the fourth quarter of 2023.
